Q. Why has the nebulization volume decreased?

This may be caused by a lack of regular cleaning. It is recommended to remove the "Medicine Cup" and follow the "Cleaning and Disinfection Steps." If it has not been cleaned for a long period (> one week) and remains visibly dirty after cleaning, please perform the "Cleaning and Disinfection Steps" again.

Reminder:

  1. After each treatment, please clean the medicine cup according to the Instructions for Use (IFU) to prevent medication or saline residue from drying and clogging the mesh holes. If used outdoors, please perform a thorough cleaning within the same day and ensure the medicine cup is completely dry before placing it in the storage bag.
  2. As cautioned in the Instructions for Use, do not use cotton swabs or any foreign objects to touch or poke the brown mesh plate.

Q. Why does the battery run out of power so quickly?

Battery performance varies based on chemical composition, brand, usage, and storage conditions. It is recommended to use brand-new "Alkaline Batteries" of the same brand for a more stable current flow.

Q. Can rechargeable batteries be used?

We recommend using "Alkaline Batteries." The main unit does not have a battery charging function. Rechargeable batteries are prone to decreased power storage capacity due to "usage frequency" and "storage environment," which can lead to unstable current and cause nebulizer failure.

Q. Why is there little to no nebulization when using pure or distilled water?

Please use "Saline Solution." Due to the device's operating principle, poor nebulization or water accumulation caused by pure or distilled water is considered normal behavior.

Q. Why is there no mist and no green light on the front panel after pressing the power button?

This may be due to incorrect battery installation or depleted batteries. Please remove the medicine cup and perform the following checks:

  1. Ensure the battery polarity (+/-) matches the markings on the battery cover. If not, reinstall them according to the markings.
  2. If the batteries are depleted, replace them with new ones.

When using a power outlet or power bank, there may be a poor connection. Please remove the medicine cup and perform the following checks:

  1. Ensure both ends of the power cable are fully inserted (do not use excessive force, just ensure they are seated).
  2. Verify that the power adapter output is 5V/1A and the power bank provides standard 5V charging (non-fast charging).

Q. Why is it unable to nebulize when using a Type-C cable?

Please ensure the Type-C cable is a USB-A to USB-C power cable used with a DC 5V/1A power adapter. If you are using a dual-ended Type-C fast-charging cable or a fast-charging adapter, the device may fail to start the nebulization function due to voltage or protocol incompatibility.

Q. Why does it still fail to nebulize even when using a USB-A to USB-C cable?

The conductor structure and manufacturing quality of different USB cables affect power stability. If the internal conductors are too thin or connections are poor, high resistance may occur, interfering with device startup. If nebulization remains abnormal, we recommend trying a different cable.

Q. Why is the orange light constantly on?

A solid orange light appears when using battery power to indicate a low battery status. Please prepare replacement batteries as soon as possible.

Reminder:

To extend the device's lifespan, please replace both batteries simultaneously with two new batteries of the same brand. Do not mix old and new, different brands, or different types of batteries.

Q. Why is the orange light flashing?

This may be caused by an improperly installed medicine cup or a poor electrical connection. Regarding medicine cup installation, please confirm:

  1. Ensure the medicine cup is installed onto the main unit BEFORE turning it on. If the sequence was incorrect, turn off the power, remove and reinstall the medicine cup, then turn the device back on.
  2. Ensure the medicine cup is securely installed and the latch at the bottom is fully inserted into the main unit. If any part is protruding, remove and reinstall the cup.

Regarding electrical connection issues, please confirm:

  1. Check if the power cable connection to the main unit and adapter is secure and fully inserted. If not, reconnect properly.
  2. Check for corrosion on the electrodes on the front of the unit, inside the battery compartment, or on the cover. If present, gently wipe the area with an alcohol swab and check for improvement.
  3. Check for corrosion on the metal electrodes (wires) on the back of the medicine cup. If present, gently wipe with an alcohol swab (do not use excessive force) and check for improvement.
  4. If the orange light flashes only when using one specific power source (battery or plug-in), that specific power mode may be faulty. You may continue using the functional power mode or contact your distributor to purchase a new device.
  5. The medicine cup may have reached the end of its service life due to aging.

Reminder:

  1. If the power jack on the main unit becomes loose due to impact, it is recommended to purchase a new unit for backup.
  2. Due to high humidity in certain environments, do not store the nebulizer in bathrooms or other damp areas.
  3. When carrying the nebulizer, do not pre-fill the medicine cup with liquid to avoid contamination and leakage.
  4. After cleaning and disinfection, ensure the medicine cup is completely dry before storage. If you intend to use it immediately, gently wipe dry the exterior of the cup and the electrodes on the main unit before installation.
