Q. Why has the nebulization volume decreased?
This may be caused by a lack of regular cleaning. It is recommended to remove the "Medicine Cup" and follow the "Cleaning and Disinfection Steps." If it has not been cleaned for a long period (> one week) and remains visibly dirty after cleaning, please perform the "Cleaning and Disinfection Steps" again.
Reminder:
Q. Why does the battery run out of power so quickly?
Battery performance varies based on chemical composition, brand, usage, and storage conditions. It is recommended to use brand-new "Alkaline Batteries" of the same brand for a more stable current flow.
Q. Can rechargeable batteries be used?
We recommend using "Alkaline Batteries." The main unit does not have a battery charging function. Rechargeable batteries are prone to decreased power storage capacity due to "usage frequency" and "storage environment," which can lead to unstable current and cause nebulizer failure.
Q. Why is there little to no nebulization when using pure or distilled water?
Please use "Saline Solution." Due to the device's operating principle, poor nebulization or water accumulation caused by pure or distilled water is considered normal behavior.
Q. Why is there no mist and no green light on the front panel after pressing the power button?
This may be due to incorrect battery installation or depleted batteries. Please remove the medicine cup and perform the following checks:
When using a power outlet or power bank, there may be a poor connection. Please remove the medicine cup and perform the following checks:
Q. Why is it unable to nebulize when using a Type-C cable?
Please ensure the Type-C cable is a USB-A to USB-C power cable used with a DC 5V/1A power adapter. If you are using a dual-ended Type-C fast-charging cable or a fast-charging adapter, the device may fail to start the nebulization function due to voltage or protocol incompatibility.
Q. Why does it still fail to nebulize even when using a USB-A to USB-C cable?
The conductor structure and manufacturing quality of different USB cables affect power stability. If the internal conductors are too thin or connections are poor, high resistance may occur, interfering with device startup. If nebulization remains abnormal, we recommend trying a different cable.
LED Indicator Guide

Q. Why is the orange light constantly on?
A solid orange light appears when using battery power to indicate a low battery status. Please prepare replacement batteries as soon as possible.
Reminder:
To extend the device's lifespan, please replace both batteries simultaneously with two new batteries of the same brand. Do not mix old and new, different brands, or different types of batteries.
Q. Why is the orange light flashing?
This may be caused by an improperly installed medicine cup or a poor electrical connection. Regarding medicine cup installation, please confirm:
