Technical Solutions

+ Active vibration technology

Utilizes high-performance piezoelectric ceramics (PZT) to drive the microporous plate, achieving high speed vibrations of up to 120,000 times per second, combining high quality with low noise and low energy consumption.

+ Electrically actuated highly efficient atomization

Precisely designs vibration frequencies for liquids with different physical properties (such as liquid medications with different viscosity coefficients) to create optimized performance.

+ Dual air chamber full cover sealing

Encapsulates the core module with biocompatible materials to prevent damage from external pressure or chemicals, avoiding structural resonance being affected by casing pressure contacts.

 

Customization for high viscosity modules

Provides specialized module design for high viscosity solutions (such as 3cP ~ 5cP). Through customized adjustments, it solves the problem of traditional modules being unable to atomize effectively, ensuring fine drug particles and stable output.
